Pathetic customer service

The customer service at Chicken Licken road house is pathetic to say the least, the staff is very rude. I went there on the 8th of September 2019 around 3:00 am, I bought two meals and their delicious hot sauce however upon collection the sauces were not inside the plastic, when I told the consultant that they did not add the sauce I was rudely told that there is no way she could add the sauce if it shown on the receipt, I gave her the receipt as proof that I paid for the hot sauces instead off apologizing she just gave them to me and I asked not even an apology and she slammed the drive through window on my face and other colleagues laughed . I appalled by the attitude she gave me and the rest of the staff behavior at a "work place". No respect for the Job and customers whatsoever. I wonder who is the store manager. I am very dissapointed. The Chicken Licken store in question is at Dobsonville in Soweto (Roadhouse).
