Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Only in South Afruca is fast food not fast... I went to the Chiken Licken at OR Tambo on 05/04/2017 and ordered sliders , a big joe and a milkshake. After waiting 27 minutes and watching 19 orders made after me receiving their food, i asked the lady behind the counter what was the hold up she ignored me several times and continued to chat with the gentlemen next to me her name is C.Neliet. after constantly complaining and having my child crying with hunger, i asked for the manager, who only came from the kitchen 5 minutes after i called for her. i explained the situation and she apologized and asked which assistant ignored me i pointed her out and she continued to have her chat to other customers. she then took her time to make my sons milkshake, and after we finally got our food she was making us a joke to fellow customers. </p> <p>Absolutely disgusting service and cashiers should be trained with customer service.</p> <p> </p>
