Pathetic customer service

On Thursday 15/09/2015 I bought the Rock My Soul 3 from the Adderley street branch. After a long discussion with the cashier about which portion I could get, I tod her exactly which ones I wanted. To my surprise I opened the box back at the office and found the wrong portions. I then had to go all the way back, on company time, to return it and get the right order. Not once did the cashier even attempt an apology. The manager was out of the store and when she eventually got back she didn't offer an apology either, telling me I can complain if I want to. I wasted my time and my company's time due to the poor service of the staff at this branch. Cashier is Ziyanda Mbizeni.
