Parkstation wings not hot at all

Ordered R80 _12hot wings at the park station chicken licken but they are not hot at all, I tried talking to one guy instead he kept laughing and being sarcastic asking me "is it" then if u want 3xtrq hot I must add money for sauces! He also said my taste buds are off, but I always buy hot wings just not there_ a Muslim lady joined and explained it's how they receive it. I'm not happy and wow they really didn't care.
