Palesa at Palm Springs mall Chicken Liken is bad at her job period

Chicken Liken in Palm Springs has the most rude teller by the name of Palesa so arrogant and so full of herself whenever you talk to her about something you don't like that they did she blatantly ignores you. I have never dealt with such a rude being serving customers she is beyond. Last time i bought Chicken liken and bought the chili sauces and for the second time they were not in my parcel when I got it got home the meat was dry as hell upon speaking to Palesa about this she blatantly ignored me and spoke to me as if I was annoying her, when in actual fact she is the annoying one she should have rather gone on to study to be a government nurse since that's a free service people will be forced to beg her, not working at chicken liken were we pay for service.
