Order taking long and wrong order

I went to Chicken licken in Tsoelopele - Tembisa, bought original 8 pieces, hotwings party 16 and large chips.<br> after i bought they told me that they don't have the original chicken pieces but it will take 11 minutes to get my order...i said its ok, i will drive to shoprite which is closer to the chicken licken hopefully when i come back my order will be ready. i went to shoprite and when i came back they told me that my order is not ready i asked why they said they are waiting for the wings...i asked them to cancel the order and refund me they told me that their till cant refund card payments and i asked what should i do because its been an hour now waiting for my order and they told me that i have no choice but to wait...i waited and after they gave me the order i drove home and when i got there my order was short of 2 pieces. <br> and this was not the first time they give a bad service because the previous week i sent my brother to buy original chicken and the mixed both hot and original on the same box.<br> I think their service its just BAD and i will NEVER go there ever again!!!
