Order Simple Meal - Never Received

I ordered a small take away meal a 10:00 this morning which they said would take 30 min app. at 11:00 I called and they said my meal had been dispatched for delivery. At 12:00 I called in again, only to be informed that the number we gave was not working and the driver couldn't find our Company. Needless to say they said my order can be sent again but would take 45min to a hour this time. So I said just cancel the order and the women put the phone down in my ear.<br> They deliver to our company on a daily basis nearly, without any problems. <br> I then furthermore heard the driver came into our property between 10:00 at 12:00 and simply turned around and drove out. At 15:00 I found a chicken licken driver at our offices delivering for another staff member.<br> How can they say the do not know where we are located, but come deliver to us daily and then come t our offices 3 times in 1 day?? and put the phone down in my ear?<br> That is terrible service<br> Michelle
