Order Number 2017 plus long ugly angry bird faces

Can someone please tell me why customers are being punished for staff errors at chicken licken parkdene boulevard? Why must i deal with angry birds when they clearly got my order wrong? The attitudes the slow forced movements or are the staff working with management giving them thw wip every 2min?? I can gladly take my 2c and drive straight through to ERM I don’t have to deal with long faces when they don’t do what they are asked to… SIES MAN DO BETTER
