Order gone wrong

<p>I would like to meet the owner or manager of this franchise as i have experienced bad service i honestly feel staff there needs a refresher training instead of assisting customers they are busy talking to each other which was the result of my oder ending up without fries as you see on the photo attached which i only saw when i got home. What a careless mistake this wouldn't have happened if they put their customers first </p>
