Obscene waiting time for orders

Ive been waiting at Chicken Licken Midway Mews for 30 minutes and counting.

They have run out of the round pieces wings. The time is 18:30 how does this happen at peak hour when people are returning home from work and the likelihood of busyness is high.

The team is *********** - lacking one leader steering the ship, and theres no communication on whats happening with our orders.

We are hungry and tired, naturally, as we are from work and this is the nonsense we have to deal with.

Im a patron to this specific Chicken Licken and Im so disappointed. This team is crumbling under pressure.
