Not satisfied with the service

Drove through fly thru to chicken licked in Mafikeng, fine I ordered and the lady who was taking my order was very nice. Then drove to the next window where I was supposed to pay when I got there the window was closed and no one was there, so I passed to the collecting window got there, greeted the lady she didn't reply she just looked at me so I greeted her again and asked her why is she not replying she then said to me that I didn't pay I told her there was no one at the window so I decided to come to this window so I can pay and collect my order ...she was so rude she told me to go back and drive back to the fly thru in order for me to pay. I asked her if they can't do other means for me to pay because I have passed anyway she said no I have to go back and pay. Mxm... she made me so angry that I even forgot that I could ask for the manager, I also forgot to take her name. I was so hungry and all she feed me was anger on my hunger. I am so ****ed about this
