Not paying attention to customers

I bought a family meal on Friday 11th of March at the Maponya mall branch. The lady serving me (I have the slip with her details) did not ask me if I wanted the hot chicken pieces or not. I assumed she won't give me hot because clearly a family meal might mean kids will eat also. I got home and no one could eat the chicken because it was too HOT! I couldn't drive all the way back for that and had to give the meal away. I am very upset that such small details are not considered and the experience spoiled everyone's mood because we could not have the chicken licke
