Not Licken the Chicken

It has happened far too many times that I have ordered food then the following happens: 1. The wings are so overcooked they have shrunk into almost nothing. 2. I go through the fly-through to only NOT fly through and end up waiting over 20 minutes for my food. By the time I get home which is not far from the branch the food is ice cold. I have left messages for the Manager at the store only to be ignored.
