Not happy with the service

I always order for some of my colleagues at Booysen chicken licken & I always get great service but lately my 2 orders where messed up & due to the large orders I don't have time to open each & every meal to check everything. Last order I got a 2piece meal & I had ordered 8wings meal 8. I had to refund my colleague cas i understand mistakes do happen but today it was the same issue & I'm not happy. Please check all the meals if it's a big order to avoid these mistakes happening.
