Not happy

Im a manager for a contact centre we had bought a bucket (24 piece) for my team to my amazement the chicken was somewhat small like they shrunk and was very hard and way too crunchy and they try to get away with showering it with their sauce not the plesant experience and im such a loyal customer was dissapointed no value for my R276
