not deliverying

Firstly called in and was put on hold for 5 minutes before my order was taken, my delivery then took longer than 1 hour only to find out they still left out one of my orders but was charged for, I then call to inform them about it, then get a phone call to say that I hvae to go fetch my order as the delivery man has lots of deliverys, I'm dissapointed and such poor services given
