not appy

I placed an order with uber east today at Hillbrw ,the order was not delivered ,and when I checked my account the funds were debited twice on my account, I contacted and the automated machine said my number was not registered with uber eats .I then sent an message to them and they told me there is nothing that they can do I will not get a refund,I am so disappointed becaus I did not receive my order , they did not even bother to say they will contact the person who is responsible for delivering my food.
