Not Answering Phones Just Because They Don't Feel Like It

I called Chicken Licken Gateway on Sunday 7 Jan at 5:50pm, the phone rang for a long time until it eventually went to the fax machine. I then retried and got an engaged tone.

We drove to the store and my wife placed the order and enquired about the phones. The ladies there laughed and never gave her an answer. While she was waiting for the food she told me about this and I tried to phone again because she could see that no one was on the phone and got an engaged tone again.

They were not too busy to answer the phones, in fact it was quiet and instead of answering my wife they laughed about it in front of her.
