Nonsensical franchise

The most horrible experience ever,I sent my child to buy rock my soul 6 at chicken licken jubilee mall,only to get 4 pieces of meat,I called the store,the guy was as rude as ****,he said I must come back the following day with the order and the slip,how sick is that,my kids are hungry they are telling me that I must keep the order they will add the two missing pieces to the order,how sick is that,,the service is ****ed up so is their burnt meat.when I explained how unhappy I was the guy was so rude and told me where to get off and that I must come up with a better suggestion, he even said my kids can eat and we can come collect the two pieces of meat tomorrow..this is bull****,people who don't own up to their mistakes sies
