No telephonic assistance to place an order

I called chicken licken in Secunda at 5:15pm today place and order to collect. The call was answered only for a human voice to say hello after I said hello , no formal greeting saying "hello this is chicken licken how can I assist" nevertheless I placed my order only for the person on the other other side to just say yes, never asked for my name or anything that's not confirmation of an order.

Please we lacking basic customer service staff should be trained to properly answer calls and take orders
