No service due to switched off machines

Dear Chicken Licken,<br> <br> I went to your branch to purchase the hotwings meal 8 at 9h00 , the branch normally closes at 9h30 but I was told that they couldn't serve me because they switched off the machines and therefore they couldn't toast the bread and I explained that I wanted to make and order and the manager informed me with attitude that if I wanted the meal I would need to settle for untoasted bread or leave.<br> <br> Can you guys explain to me that why does the branch switch off your facilities 30 mins or more before the actual closure of the branch?
