No respect for customers

I’m really disappointed with the service at Chicken Licken Dobsonville in road house. I went there twice to buy family house of 8 pieces of chicken. I asked the lady that was assisting to take down my order by the name Nokulunga not to put white meat for me as I have sensitive teeth. She said unfortunately the 8 piece must have atleast 2 pieces of white meat so I said alright 2 only is not bad, so I placed my order and to my surprise when I reached home they had put 4 large pieces of white meat in my order what a waste of my money and time. At KFC when you ask them not to put white meat they respect your request and you won’t find white meat in your order, I’m not sure why I even wasted my money & time going to Chicken because it’s really disappointing. They need to start treating customers with respect with their money.
