No respect

22 December 2017 at 18:41 I bought chicken wings from Arbour Crossing. I waited over 20mins for 6wing and when I ask the cashier she told me to wait as there were no wings, yet I could see drive thru getting the wings. I asked her again and she told me to wait as the wings are finished. I asked her why ddnt you tell me before I made the order coz I would have went to nandos or kfc. This did not sit well with me. They should have managed my expectation by letting me knw that I will have to wait.
