No need for phone orders if they put the phone on the side to avoid incoming calls

Chicken licken campus square phone is always put on the side why do you guys put the phone order option if the phone will be put aside just that they don't receive our calls? The reason we order via phone is to collect as we are at work so if the phone is always put aside I don't see a need of taking phone orders. I am talking about something I've seen with my eyes they put the phone down and queues are extremely long we spend 30 min of our time to get to the cashier and that's my whole lunch
