No feedback from Chicken licken just an empty promise

Chicken Licken still not reaching out to their customers concerns growing profit #1 customer service 0

i logged a complaint previously and all i received was empty promises from the store manager of chicken licken

Real steel pins lodged inside the chicken putting myself and family's safety at risked i shared the images with the manager to no avail no feedback

all i know is that i was promised a call from a regional manager but he must be too busy to attend to customers queries.

we pay our hard earned money to support these brands and in return we require quality products and services. but its tough when your query gets swept aside as if there was no real issue.

what should one do to get the attention of the brand should i post the pics on social media maybe then someone will take the matter serious this was an isolated case but if the public can see whats inside the products maybe the millions of south Africans can decide if they want to buy again at the store !
