No delivery

My wife placed a order at 17:30 for a family meal. The lady on the phone said it would take 1-30 hours to be delivered to our house. It is now 3 hours later and we have still received nothing. When contacting the franchise the lady says they are a few minutes away. I guess for them minutes mean hours.
