No Answer to Place order!!!

Gosh this store is ridiculous! Being trying to contact the store for roughly an hour to place a telephonic order lo and behold the number is engaged. <br> <br> This has happened on numerous occassions to a point that i now refuse to buy from them. <br> <br> Are you short staffed? what seems to be the issue that you only have one landline number and no one to answer the damn phones that it has to be engaged for over an flippen hour????<br> <br> Utterly disgusted!!!
