Never go to chicken licken viking the service they provide is shumbles I was there at their fly thru yesterday I was served by this rude and arrogant girl Asanda Delo that girl is arrogant I wonder if she went to training for customer service does she know about customer centricity and TCF she took my order then when i was about to pay, I was tapping the machine said not supported then I asked her why does it say this as I had just tapped my card without any issues she then gave me the machine again without saying anything and continued with other orders and then she said to me yooh are you still transferring money with a bad attitude I was like no and she said I'm wasting other customers time she said that to my face a customer then I responded back and she was busy back chatting to me shouting and she said I'm gonna call my manager still back chatting to me infront of her manager and the manager just kept quite and asked me to park on the side then I did that we spoke and honestly nothing constructive from her side I then drove to south gate chicken licken to get better customer service. I'm not happy about .Many businesses are affected because of staff attitude this is unaccepted.im a regular there and I'm always served by a coloured lady who is always friendly.Im definitely not buying from viking chicken licken again I'll rather drive to South gate than to be treated like I'm there to ask for favor or beg.
