Never eating at this Chicken Licken again

I have to ask myself why we kept subjecting ourselves to the terrible food at Northriding Chicken Licken...probably because every other branch is a pleasure to go to and food is of a standard. Tonight we bought a 16 piece meal. Only to find that the wings still had feathers on it!!!!.The rolls were so stale it was turning white. My sister had the same issue about a month ago with the feathers on the wings as well but was so disgusted she couldn't care to bother. The service is so poor, you either wait too long at the drive thru or there's no stock of something.This branch is so poorly managed and definitely does not live up.to the franchise standards
