Nail under skin

on the 23rd Sep bought food at Chicken Licken. The skin was a bit loose so i took the skin off completely, i was so disgusted to find a black nail underneath the skin if the thigh. I took the chicken back to the counter and complained and the gentleman taking the orders simply exchanged the chicken for other pieces, without an apology or anything. i was horrified and my appetite was spoiled.
