My order was not complete

Good day. <br> <br> Today 09/06/2015 @12:19 I went to Chicken Licken in Jabulani mall to buy rock my soul 3. After I had ordered and waited for a long time waiting I asked why the long wait because it was not full they told me chicken was still in the stove, I received my order and the ladies in the front counter told me there was no Soul fire sauce,I feel I should have been told before I ordered that I would wait and also they were out of the sauce so I could take a decision to order something else.<br> <br> Upon my arrival at work because it was a take away I found that I have NO CHIPS in my order,I then called and a \John"answered the Phone. I told him my order was incomplete and his response to me was \""s why don't u come and get those missing chips\"" when I told him I'm already bck at work he now asks me \""so what must he do?\"" and he hung up on me. <br> I'm very furious and upset because the level of customer service is ZERO!!!!! So I must now eat chicken without the chips? I'm really upset"""
