Mouldy old hard bread and dry chicken

I bought the lunch meal with the toasted bread and the bread was MOULDY. Come on - how can you guys provide MOULDY bread to the paying public? It was hard as well. The chicken was too terrible - it as dry. I cannot believe I spent R259.63 that evening and I didn't even enjoy dinner. That's so unfair. It's not right.
