Monster Manager at Chicken Licken Kempton 16 Kempton Road

I went to Kempton Park Chicken Licken at around 21:48 on the 11th Juland was told there was no service I could get because there’s no food. I enquired as to why there was no service before the advertised closing time of 22:00, and requested to see the manager. The guy came fuming to the window before acknowledging me and went on a rampage saying they are closing and I can report him if I wanted to, as he shut the window on my face. This is not the first time I’ve had a similar incident with the same manager, where I laid a complaint and was called in and he apologised. The man has no sense of professionalism in him and should be taken through disciplinary and coaching.

I then contacted the customer care line through *** who only responded by asking which branch was it in Kempton Park did the incident occur, to which I responded promptly to notify them, to no avail! The customer care line has not responded to me even after my correspondence.

This is appalling from such a big brand. They do not care about their clients!
