Missing Wing Pieces 😡😡

Firstly, I had let it slide, two weeks ago, in a weekday,Tuesday afternoon, I bought wings and 3 were off and the other 3 fine. I assumed it was probably because of the heat for that day. Then I bought again same week and this time my son suffered a runny tummy. This evening, I was even joking with their staff saying they ought to reduce the salt on the ingredient,only to be served short wing pieces,. I bought 12 wings and was served 9 wings 😡😤. I tried calling them but no answer. Please can it be known that mistakes are understandable but when it's a sequence/string of things,then we have problems 🙈😫.
