Missing things from order

I went to Chicken licken Riversands and i had to wait for almost 30 minutes.I Bought 4 hotwings meals and 2 sliders but when I got home I found that one of the meals had no chips and no toast. I think this level of incompetence is unacceptable because I expect to get what I have paid for a 100% of the time.
