Missing sauce sachets

During my lunch break today, I bought a hotwings meal along with 3 sachets of soulfire sauce and paid an amount of R59.90. To my surprise when I arrived to work and was about to eat, my soulfire sauce sachets that I payed for were not in my plastic bag. My whole lunch has been ruined!
