Missing chicken pieces

Yesterday at about 18:00 I went to chicken licken in Warick avenue to buy 6 pieces for R114. When I got home to my surprise I only had 3 pieces and a small bag of chips, meaning that 3 of my family members were left without supper. This is truly not acceptable and very poor customer service as we pay for the food that we nned but we are given anything that your staff likes to give us. In these times where we have a big electricity problem we rely on fast food. The staff talk their own stories and get our orders wrong, this is very disappointing as even on the slip it shows that I paid for 6 pieces. The service is horrible and I don`t know how this happens. How do you train your staff??? I had to spend additional money to buy 3 more pieces as chicken licken failed to deliver. What a silly mistake by your staff and I will not tolerate this, its a huge inconvenience to say the least.
