Misrepresentation of product

<p>At exaactly 11:45:43 I purchased a Rock My Soul 3 which is a three piece chicken and chips meal at the Chicken Licken in Durban, corner of Point Road and West Street. I specifically asked the cashier assisting me (Happiness) to confirm that the meal she was serving me was the one with the chilli hot chicken pieces and she said yes. As this was a take-away I realised when I got to the office and had started with my meal that the chicken was normal and not chilli. I would like this to be address as it is not the first time I have been sold the wrong pieces of chicken from Chicken Licken and their stuff are misleading instead of informing us as consumers that they are out of the meal we need they rather sell anything to make the sale.</p>
