Mediocre Service from Chicken Licken Birch Acres

I genuinely didn't appreciate the service that I got from Chicken Licken Birch Acres after I had placed a telephone order and was told I had to wait for 10 minutes... I call 12 minutes later and they say that my order was sold already... I don't like inconvenience, that's the 1st thing... So I don't get why I had to wait another 10 minutes because of incompetence... Fix your service
