Manager who don't respect customers

Am 7 mnths pregnant, during my lunch time I went 2 c my mother at city hospital when I come bck I saw chicken licken I went there I bought 12 wings than I went bck to work. I tried to each them they were so hard it was like there were cooked lstweek I call them they said I must come bck. The manager was so rude he said he didnt ask me to come and buy there, I was suppose to check the wings before I leave , he throw the wings on me and I throw them back. He refused to give me my money bck. I left the at the shop. Am feeling angry, disapointed and disrespected. Please help me to get my money bck.
