Low Standard of food

I was extremely disappointed with my purchase on Saturday evening (29/07/2023). Usually CL's chips are firm and crispy, the video below clearly shows that the chips (medium chips) we received were like slap chips, oily, soft and undercooked in my opinion, not the standard that I am used to. The Hot Wings (Party 16) was over-fried and very unsatisfactory and the two small chips that came with this meal was also soft, oily and undercooked! The 4 Cheese Sliders on the other hand were prepared well. Overall, I am very unhappy with my purchase!
