Lost receipt

It was around 12:30 when we went to buy lunch and bought two Rock my soul 3 meals. while waiting for our meals our receipt flew away. we approached the Manager and explained that we lost our receipt, only for Him to tell us that we wont be getting any food if we don't have the receipt and there is nothing He could do. We decided to go buy food elsewhere and when we got back to get the name of the Manager assisting us as he was not wearing any name tag, He refused and gave us the food instead. Now because of his refusal to assist us immediately we have spend extra and have food we don't need.
