lost item

went to chicken licken in braamfontein and i forgot my leather jacket, one of the staff members said she saw the jacket but she put it away somwhere but when she returned the jacket was gone, ive been sent from pillar to post, whats exactly is your policy when it comes to lost items? cos i need that jacket
