Long waiting and bad attitude

We waited so long on the q while the lady who was buying having conversation with the cashier that doesn't include the meal for more that 5 minutes .the cashier's name is tshepho as written on the slip and name tag .After all that waiting not even a sorry for keep you waiting.and is not the 1st time we don't have time to waste standing on the q they are so *********** and rude
