Licken licken Thohoyandou Thavhani mall

I went to get my self a classic party and party 16 meal. I had to wait for a whole 40 minutes and when I made an enquiry I was told an employee made an error with the receipts and orders when I asked for my money back because I was already behind time I was told they don't do refunds. I'm just failing to understand as to how an employees mistake should be my responsibility to suffer. The service is highly poor and dissatisfying.
