Since I made a complaint about Chicken licken Birch Acres,I am happy to write that they have the most amazing customer service,I got a call from one their managers to find out what happened and I was called to the shop,we discussed what happened.

I am glad they handled the matter professionally and in a calm manner.so I am happy about the outcome and they say the dealt with it. And I also got a complementary meal,so I am a happy customer☺️
