Late dellivery and driver leaves with the food

I placed an order on the phone with the chicken licken branch in Wynburg , Johannesburg for them to deliver to Sandton. I was advised it will take 2 hours, however it came 3 hours later. 1 of the people who ordered had already left work as she could not wait any more . When I was called to reception to collect the order the driver was very rude and advised he was in a rush . I enquired with him whether we can cancel one order and he just threw back my money at me and advised he has to go. Picked up the food and left.<br> He did not even hear me out but complained that he was late, not even considering the time he came hear.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted by chicken licken, to have people wait so long for the food and at that the person decides to be rude . <br> <br>
