Late delivery-more than 2 hours

I called the store to place 3 different orders for delivery just before 11am, its been 2 hours and the orders have not arrived. Each time i called the store they kept saying the driver will be there in 15min. This is not the 1st time a chicken licken store has taken so long on a deliver but now ive had enough. Please leave the delivery services to the professionals!!
