KFC in townships isn't worth our money

The branch is pretty small so I was surprised that the tables and the floor where dirty(with paper, tissue and boxes). I ordered my meal and asked that the table be cleaned. Elizabeth the person at the cashier looked at me like she wanted to tell me a piece of my mind then changed her mind and went to clean the table, not excusing herself or saying anything but left the people who were behind me wondering who was to help them. I also felt like asking for a clean table was frowned upon - no smile, no greeting, no friendliness...why are urban branches cleaner and friendlier?
