Insulted by the staff member and denied proof of transaction

On the 27th of September 2025 at approximately 15h40 I was insulted by a staff member by the name of Florence or Frascina at Chicken Licken Vaal mall. When I asked to see the manager, I was told they are not available because he “went shopping.” Although my refund was processed, I was denied a refund slip as proof of the transaction. The staff members were making fun of me for asking for the manager laughing hysterically.

My rights as a customer were utterly violated. This experience was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I request a formal apology, an investigation into the staff and management at this branch, and assurance that such treatment will not happen again. This is bad representation and reputation of the brand I have never seen anything like this and I will not let this slide.
